Willard Garage is hiring an experienced, career-minded Office Assistant to join our team in Waukee!

We are a local family-owned and growing independent auto repair shop with premium level workmanship and experience in every category, top-rated review rankings, fully staffed with experienced technicians, loaner cars for client convenience, and a modern – clean – fully equipped repair facility.

· Schedule is part-time, 20 to 32 hours a week.
· Location: 465 SE Alice’s Rd Ste G, Waukee IA 50263

· Schedule appointments from phone calls, texts, online requests, and walk-in clients.
· Manage and process courtesy loaner cars for clients.
· Process payment and pickups for clients.
· Check in vendor part deliveries and perform monthly inventory reviews.
· Our hours M-F 7:15 to 5:30. Closed evenings & weekends.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Friendly, professional, detail oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
· Excellent time management and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience. Automotive experience helpful but not required.
· Proficiency in Windows & MS Office and can learn our digital shop management system.
· Work in a team atmosphere to offer honest, quality service to Willard Garage clients.
· Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking, is helpful but not required.

Physical requirements:

· Occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 lbs.
